Pastor Frank-Adam B. Watson’s Bio

“Adam” was born in North Philadelphia to Sherrill & Tyrone Watson in late October of 1984. The eldest of two boys in their union, with two sister and an older brother from Tyrone’s previous relationships, Adam was raised in a loving household. From an early age, Adam was introduced to music and Jesus Christ by his maternal grandmother, Evangelist Maggie Jane Campbell, who was also a background singer/guitarist for the Southern Baptist recording group and the Singing Blind Boys of Israel. His grandmother would take him to church for choir rehearsals, prayer meetings, bible study, and of course morning and evening Sunday service. With his grandfather, Deacon Hershal “June” Williams serving as a primary father figure after his parent’s separation in the summer of 1992. Biblical teaching was the standard in his grandparents’ home in which Adam lived from 1992 until he completed his first year of college in 2003.

During these formative years, Adam also learned to play several instruments but truly excelled with the trumpet and piano. Being from one of the roughest parts of North Philadelphia, Adam wasn’t immune to the allure of the streets and unfortunately was arrested a few times before finally recommitting his life to Jesus Christ during a 2-year prison sentence that allow him to study theology via correspondence courses provided by the Chaplin, Rev. Kirt Anderson. Upon release, Adam continued his pursuit of higher education in Christ and in Christian Leadership & Ministry. Studying at Christian Leaders Institute with a concentration in Christian Leadership & Biblical History. Adam has also served as Minister of Music and Youth Pastor for several churches prior to and after his period of incarceration.

Under the leadership of Apostle Orlando Dingle of the “Word of Love Worship Center,” Adam served as an Elder, Biblical Instructor and Minister of Music. He also serves as a key minister in “Totally United Apostolic Fellowship.”
